About Venice Chamber of Commerce:  The Venice Chamber of Commerce is a vital organization comprised of local business and community leaders. Our goals are to promote and support the local business community, to enhance the image of Venice, and to stimulate networking among members, resulting in growth opportunities for all. We believe that everyone in our community should have a voice in making Venice a better place to work and live.

Through monthly mixers, networking breakfasts, committee activities, and special events, we offer members the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas that contribute to strengthening the vitality of our local economy as well as their individual businesses. We maintain a close working relationship with our elected officials and their staffs to keep members up to date on relevant information, and collaborate with surrounding area Chambers to promote regional business growth.

Venice is proud of its heritage, its diverse population, its strong sense of community, and its variety of business and professional opportunities. Venice not only offers an eclectic mix of retail, restaurants, art galleries, personal services, and events, but is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in the U.S.

Networking Event Info:

• Venice Connect:Venice Connect is an evening networking event designed for active and engaged professionals who are seeking to enhance their involvement in the local business community. It is hosted 4 times a year on the 4th Wednesday at fun locations in and around Venice, Chamber members and prospective members gather to meet, mix and mingle. Planned with a special program or activity, our goal is to continue cultivating opportunities that encourages the creative spirit defining our unique community.
• Chamber Happy Hour: This is a casual event for members and prospective members hosted the first Thursday of each month at various locations around Venice. This event showcases all the fabulous member restaurants in Venice and offers members along with colleagues and friends another opportunity to connect!
• Venice Art Crawl: A quarterly event hosted at venues within the Venice community on the 3rd Thursday in March, June, September and December from 6:00 – 10:00PM. These evenings showcase creative local talent while introducing attendees to the fantastic restaurants, shops and galleries in the neighborhood.

• Annual Business Expo: Hosted in May at the Boys & Girls Club of Venice, this expanded networking event features table top displays from over 50 area businesses and includes tasty samples from local eateries.

• Committees: To maximize their networking opportunities, members are encouraged to participate in at least one of the Chamber’s Committees. These include: Abbot Kinney Merchants, Boardwalk, Chamber In Action, Education, Events, Governmental Affairs, Marketing, Membership, Venice Art Crawl, Venice Beach Young Professionals, Venice Legislative & Legal, and Venice Sign.

• Joint Events: The Chamber holds joint events with other area Chambers to broaden your networking opportunities.
