The Audience Trilogy is finally complete! Jason Stoneking’s newest book, Audience of None, is the culmination of a three-volume project spanning almost five years of writing. In 2011, Jason wrote Audience of One, a collection of essays responding to titles proffered by German artist Markus Hansen. The following year, he expanded the project by inviting a dozen of his friends and colleagues to submit titles for the follow-up collection, Audience of Twelve. In this third and final volume of the series, he has returned to selecting his own titles, addressing the subjects and stories that interest him most personally, with no specified audience in mind. The resulting collection is an intimate blend of memoir and polemic, and a candid exploration of what it means to be an author in search of a readership.
