  • Lat Pull Down Competition.  Details below.

On Sunday Dec. 6, 2015 at the 9th annual Muscle Beach Toy Drive, Big Back Lifting Grips presents the “LAT PULL DOWN” competition. FREE ENTRY!! Registration is at 11am, contest begins at 12 noon. Ladies pull 40% of their body weight, guys pull 60%. Max reps, handle down to sternum, you can lean back no further than 45 degrees from upright. If you stop, you get a “fast count” of three or that’s your last rep. NO STRAPS, bare hands or gloves are allowed. Prizes courtesy of Bodybuilding.com will be awarded to the top three women and top three men. Please remember to bring a “new, unwrapped” toy and receive a collector’s item event t-shirt.
