Your chance to give back to the beautiful Pacific Ocean that gives us so much! Sierra Madre and Blooming Fire will host this years Venice Beach Clean Up from 11-2 and Music and Presentations from 2-4! Bring your instruments and gloves and let’s make this world a better place and then celebrate one of the earths most glorious gifts, music! This will be an ALL AGES EVENT, Children are our future! CHECK IN WILL BE AT THE ROSE LIFEGUARD TOWER (The lifeguard towers in Venice are labeled by the street name, We will be straight out from Rose Ave.) -Look for pop-up shade structures with volunteers to check in and store belongings and instruments while your out beautifying! -Our event is being sponsered by If You Care, They are donating the garbage bags for the event -BRING YOUR OWN GLOVES and extras to share if you have them! -Bring a blanket to lay out and your INSTRUMENTS! (Drums, guitar, viola, tambourine, singing bowls, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING WELCOME!!!) This will Not be a performance, this will be a free form community jam! -PRIZES awarded for the most straws collected! Which we will be turning into an art piece to launch the #SwapTheStraw campaign -PARKING- Paid parking at the end of Rose Ave. or Free Street Parking on the side streets off of Rose.
