Brennan’s: 4089 Lincoln Blvd, Marina del Rey, CA 90292 Happy hour at Brennan’s means an extra dose of fun from 4-7 on weekdays.  The beer is cold, the food is awesome, and the discounts are in effect! And if that was not enough,  how about starting the weekend with a yoga or a hula hoop class, and follow it up with french toast and a bloody Mary?  That is right!  Detox before your re-tox at Brennan’s, the best Irish Pub on the block! And they have pool, games, a huge outdoor patio complete with a bean bag toss, turtle races, and live music to go with your good time.  Fantastic!

Cabo Cantina: 30 Washington Blvd. 

Cabo double up the happiness with 2 happy hours daily, one from 4-7 p.m. and then LATE NIGHT HAPPY HOUR from  10- midnight.  But wait, it gets better, all drinks are 2 for 1 during said times.  And on the weekends they have bottomless Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas from 10a.m.-3p.m!   Add their great daily food specials and Cabo Cantina might just be the happiest place on earth.  Woohooo!  www.CaboCantina.com

Canal Club:  2025 Pacific Ave.
Happy hour at the Canal is from 5 to close on Mon-Wed., 5-7 p.m. Thurs., and 3 p.m. – close on  Sat.  New is late night happy hour at Canal Club.  10p.m. to close.  $5 ‘ritas, ginger martinis, mojitos, saki and brew keeps the masses hydrated.  Add $4 sliders, $5 spicy tuna rolls and a whole lot of other tasty choices and you have all the ingredients for a great time!  Darn good! Tony P’s Dockside Grill:  4445 Admiralty Way (in the Marina)
Tony P’s happy hour has it all, and you can too.  From 3-6 p.m. and until 7 p.m. on Friday,  you can sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the marina or you can sit in the tavern watching the game on one of eight 65″ HI -DEF TVs. The food is outstanding, they have over 100 beers and 50 wines by the glass and they even have $4.00 well drinks and $7.00 foo-foo drinks.  They really do have it all. Go Tony! www.tonyps.com
Simmzy’s: 37 Washington Blvd.  
Simmzy’s is rad!  $4 beer and $5 or $6 food from 4-7 pm. daily make this one of happiest 3 hour periods on the beach.  26 taps of rotating locally brewed excellence, paired with a super cool staff and some of the freshest food around give Simmzy’s a big double thumbs up from the local of Venice!  http://simmzys.com
Surfside:
Surfside’s brunch is bangin’!  Served daily from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m., it includes $4 mimosas, $5 bloody Mary’s, and inventive offerings like the Pipeline burrito and the Muscle Beach scramble.

Hama Sushi: 213 Windward Ave
Sushi makes people happy, and happy hour sushi is even better!  Hama has happy hour from 4-7 daily and ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR ON THE WEEKENDS!  Offerings include $2 miso, $5 hand and cut rolls, discount Saki and beer and a whole of other things. Venice Beach Bar: Live Music on the boardwalk every happy hour at this iconic Venice location.  Add $5 Golden Road brews, wine, and liquor and $3 wings and wedges, and it is, as we say, the jam!  323 Oceanfront Walk. Venice Beach Bar

Sunny Spot:  (Washington and Abbot Kinney)  $5 select beer, $6 Wine and $8 Cocktails with a super chill vibe and a fun staff  make this happy hour a must try.   The food is incredible, and quite unique.  Strongly recommended is the shrimp bruschetta and the calamari, both one of a kind twists on the normal.  http://www.sunnyspotvenice.com.

Marina Grill and Bar!  (in the Marina)

I like starting early, and the SWC starts happiness early.
